Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Exchange Terms
- Exchanges are applicable only for size or color changes of the same product
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only
- All exchanges are subject to product availability
- Items purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for exchange unless defective
Delivery Charges
- Customers are responsible for the delivery charges when returning the product
- OrcaWears will bear the delivery cost of sending the exchanged item back
- In case of a wrong or defective item, OrcaWears will cover all shipping charges
Inspection & Approval
All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before the exchange is approved. OrcaWears reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Innerwear, socks, accessories, and customized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Important Notes
- Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution and are not considered defects
- This exchange policy does not cover refunds unless stated in the Return Policy
- OrcaWears reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
