Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only in case of wrong item delivered, defective product, or damaged item received
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Innerwear, socks, accessories, and customized items are non-returnable

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved returns
  • Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, as applicable

Delivery Charges

  • In case of approved returns due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), OrcaWears will bear all shipping charges
  • If the return is requested for any other valid reason, delivery charges will not be refunded

Inspection & Approval

All returned items will go through a quality check before any refund is approved. OrcaWears reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet policy requirements.

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
  • Refunds are not applicable for size or color change requests (these are covered under our Exchange Policy)
  • OrcaWears reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
